GENERAL INFORMATION

IMADEC University® is a private and fully independent academic institution which is conveniently located in Vienna, only a few minutes away from the Schönbrunn Palace. All instruction takes place in state-of-the-art facilities at the IMADEC University® campus.

IMADEC University’s® International LL.M. Program is designed as post-graduate instruction and is offered twice a year wich provides for a peerless rate of flexibility and allows for continuing employment. All courses are organized in multiple intensive study sessions each carrying 4 "Academic Units" and are taught by either regular world-class IMADEC University® faculty or lecturers of international reputation.

ADMISSION

Students will be selected to enter the program based on their academic and managerial accomplishments and potential. Each application will be individually reviewed by the admissions committee. The process will involve a careful examination of each applicant's academic background, managerial experience, educational and professional goals, and desire to succeed.

Successful applicants must hold an acceptable first degree in law.

An important part of the application process will be an interview with a member of the admissions committee. At the discretion of the Academic Director, the successful passing of a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) may be required. The interview will provide the applicants the opportunity to assess the suitability of the program to their needs, as well as the opportunity to elaborate on their qualifications to enter the program.
