Communication and Persuasion. (4 units)
Communication and persuasion skills are the key to effectively operate in today business environment. This is applicable internally and externally of the organizations. This module focuses on understanding and making participants self awareness of their unique areas of opportunity development.
The objectives of this module are to help participants develop communication and persuasion skills experimentally and to understand the process of communication and the mechanisms for persuasion to be successful in their organization and beyond. Exercises will be used to lead discussions of different real life situations. The course is highly interactive.
